情感治理层次模型的生成逻辑与实现形式研究——基于H社区的个案观察

摘　　要：“找回情感”日益上升为社会治理场域的普遍共识,但情感治理的层次结构及其生成逻辑与实现形式尚未得到系统区分与归纳。情感治理层次模型从内容上讲包括个体、群体与社会三个相互联系的层次;从维度上,区分了消极与积极的两种状态;从形式上,分为不合作型、零散型、模糊型、依附型和共同体型五种基本类型。结合案例分析社区组合类型演变,重点分析如何运用情感治理机制促进社区从不合作型社区向共同体型社区转变,并归纳社区情感向共同体型发展的实现形式,即通过“由低及高”追求效应最大化来提升个人情感,通过“由远及近”追求最大公约数来激活群体情感,通过“由内至外”追求最小公倍数来延续社会情感。“Recovering emotions”has become a general consensus in the field of social governance.However,the hierarchical structure,generative logic,and implementation form of emotional governance have not been systematically distinguished and summarized.The hierarchical model of emotional governance includes three interrelated levels of individual,group and society in terms of content.In terms of dimension,it distinguishes between negative and positive states.In terms of form,it can be divided into five basic types:non-cooperative type,fragmented type,fuzzy type,dependent type,and community type.By analyzing the evolution of community composition types through case studies,this study focuses on how to use the emotional governance mechanisms to promote the transformation of the community from a non-cooperative community to a community-based community,and summarizes the implementation forms for developing community emotions towards a community-type state.These includeimproving personal emotions by maximizing the effect of“from low to high”,activating group emotions by pursuing the greatest common denominator through“from far to near”,and sustaining societal emotions by pursuing the least common multiple through“from the inside to the outside”.
