基于全农码技术的智能秤在茶叶交易中的应用

摘　　要：智能秤是在茶叶追溯及品牌保护中使用的重要设备,能够将茶叶生产过程及种植、加工、流通主体等全流程追溯信息上传到全国统一的全农码平台,实现茶追溯及品牌保护。消费者可以通过扫码全农码的茶叶产品码进行查询,各类主体可通过扫码全农码的主体码进行称量交易、数据采集与传输。超级码科技股份公司的智能秤基于以上需求进行开发,具有称重、计价、扫码交易、小票打印、产品名称录入、等级选择、交易订单管理、产量流转、库存管理、连接物联网上传信息等功能。主要应用于茶青交易、加工称重、库存管理、流通等全流程,也可在其他农产品的溯源、收购、加工、库存、交易场景中应用。Intelligent scale is an important equipment used in tea traceability and brand protection,which can upload the whole process traceability information of the tea production process and planting,processing,and circulation subjects to the national unified all agricultural code platform to realize tea traceability and brand protection.Consumers can query by scanning the tea product code of the all agricultural code,and all kinds of subjects can weigh transactions,data collection and transmission by scanning the main body code of the all agricultural code.Based on the above needs,the intelligent scale of Chaojima Technology Co.,Ltd.,is developed with functions such as weighing,pricing,scanning code for transaction,receipt printing,product name entry,grade selection,transaction order management,output circulation,inventory management,and uploading information connected to the Internet of Things.It is mainly used in the whole process of tea trading,processing and weighing,inventory management,circulation,etc.,and can also be applied in the traceability,purchase,processing,inventory and trading scenarios of other agricultural products.
