斜交铁路荷载对框架桥应力的影响性分析

摘  要:以某跨度为9.0m的框架桥为实际工程背景,采用MIDAS FEA NX建立三维实体有限元模型,对框架受列车单双线荷载、列车荷载中线与框架纵向中线的斜交角度(分别考虑0°、10°、20°、30°、45°,共5种情况)等力学性能影响因素进行数值分析,对比各个工况下的应力结果,从而确定框架最不利荷载情况。研究结果表明:当斜交角度相同时,双线列车荷载对框架顶板和竖墙产生的拉应力和压应力更大;当列车荷载中线与框架纵向中线的斜交角度由0°增至45°,角度等于20°时,框架顶板和竖墙的拉应力和压应力最大。Taking a frame bridge with a span of 9.0m as the actual engineering background,a three-dimensional solid finite element model was established using MIDAS FEA NX.Numerical analysis was conducted on the mechanical performance influencing factors of the frame under single and double line train loads,as well as the skew angle between the train load center-line and the longitudinal center-line of the frame(considering 5 cases of 0°,10°,20°,30°,and 45°,respectively).The stress results under various cases were compared,So as to determine the most unfavorable load situation of the framework.The research results indicate that when the skew angle is the same,the double track train load generates greater tensile and compressive stresses on the frame roof and vertical walls;When the skew angle between the center-line of the train load and the longitudinal center-line of the frame increases from 0°to 45°,and the angle is equal to 20°,the tensile and compressive stresses on the top plate and vertical wall of the frame are the highest.
