高职院校“hypermill产品编程”课程教学改革探析

摘  要:针对高职院校中模具设计与制造专业“hypermill产品编程”课程传统教学方法中存在的问题,可通过编写实用讲义、多方合作、完善刀路的双重验证和制定有效的评价体系等方法,对“hypermill产品编程”课程教学进行改革和实践。结果表明:学生实际数控加工中撞刀等问题出现的次数大幅减少,教学效果明显提升,学生参与有关hypermill软件的比赛人次也在逐步增加,有关hypermill的教材也在稳步增加,总体来看,教学改革提升效果明显。In response to the problems existing in the traditional teaching methods of the“Hypermill Product Programming”course in the mold design and manufacturing major in higher vocational colleges,the teaching of the“Hypermill Product Programming”course can be reformed and practiced through methods such as writing practical lecture notes,multi-party cooperation,improving the dual verification of cutting paths and developing effective evaluation systems.The results show that the number of times students encounter problems such as tool collision in actual CNC machining has significantly decreased and the teaching effect has significantly improved.The number of students participating in competitions related to Hypermill software is also gradually increasing and the number of textbooks related to Hypermill is also steadily increasing.Overall,the improvement effect of teaching reform is significant.
