电机效率最优的双电机汽车驱动扭矩分配控制策略

摘  要:为提高前后轴分布式双电机电驱动汽车(DDEV)行驶中的经济效能,以某款双电机汽车作为研究对象,以前后电机效率最优为目标,提出了一种驱动扭矩分配策略,针对2电机工作时的协调控制进行研究。在Cruise软件中建立DDEV整车模型,与Simulink软件中搭建的策略模型进行联合仿真,在NEDC和WLTC循环工况下进行仿真测试。仿真结果表明,与前后电机驱动扭矩平分策略相比,使用文中提出的驱动扭矩分配策略的双电机汽车在2种循环工况下的电能消耗分别降低6.7%和4.5%,2电机在高效区间工作的占比分别提升12.4%和47.3%,整车电机在2种循环工况下的平均效率相应提升14.2%和17.8%,验证所提策略对提高车辆经济性能的有效性。To improve the efficiency of front and rear axle distributed dual electric vehicles(DDEV)during driving,this paper proposes a driving torque distribution strategy with a certain dual motor vehicle as the research object.Research on coordinated control during the operation of two motors is conducted.A DDEV vehicle model in Cruise software is built and joint simulation is conducted with the strategy model built in Simulink software.Simulation testing is conducted under NEDC and WLTC cycle conditions.Our simulation results show the energy consumption of the dual motor vehicle using this strategy is reduced by 6.7%and 4.5%respectively under two cycle conditions,and the proportion of the two motors operating in the efficient range is increased by 12.4%and 47.3%respectively compared with the data of the front and rear motor drive torque sharing strategy.The average efficiency of the entire vehicle motor under two cycle conditions is accordingly increased by 14.2%and 17.8%,demonstrating its effectiveness in improving electric vehicles’energy efficiency.
