摘 要:以Ga_(2)O_(3)半导体为前驱体,用浸渍加低温磷化法制备了P掺杂Ga_(2)O_(3)表面修饰Ni_(2)P光催化剂(x-Ni_(2)P/Ga_(2)O_(3)-P_(y),x代表Ni^(2+)和Ga_(2)O_(3)的物质的量之比,y代表NaH_(2)PO·H_(2)O与Ga_(2)O_(3)的物质的量之比)。5%-Ni_(2)P/Ga_(2)O_(3)-P_(6)催化剂展现出在纯水中光催化析氢的高活性,在430 nm光照下的光量子效率为0.22%。机理研究结果表明Ni_(2)P修饰和P掺杂扩展了催化剂的光响应范围,同时提升了载流子分离迁移效率,其长周期光催化反应稳定性明显优于未磷化催化剂。Nickel phosphide(Ni_(2)P)modified phosphorus doped gallium oxide(Ga_(2)O_(3))(x-Ni_(2)P/Ga_(2)O_(3)-P_(y),x represents the molar ratio of Ni^(2+)and Ga_(2)O_(3),y represents the molar ratio of NaH_(2)PO·H_(2)O and Ga_(2)O_(3))photocatalyst was prepared by impregnation and low temperature phosphating method using Ga_(2)O_(3) semiconductor as a precursor.5%-Ni_(2)P/Ga_(2)O_(3)-P_(6) exhibits excellent photocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity in pure water and has a photo quantum efficiency of 0.22%under 430 nm monochromatic light irradiation.The mechanism study shows that phosphorus doping and Ni_(2)P cocatalyst modification extend the photo-response range and promote carrier separation and migration efficiency.The long-term photocatalytic stability is better than that of a non-phosphating catalyst.
