校企联盟背景下农业工程专业应用创新型人才培养的实践

摘　　要：针对学生培养过程中综合运用和实践动手能力较差,不能满足产业对人才的需求等问题,依据产业发展对人才培养提出的新要求,以提升农业工程专业人才的竞争力为目标,依托校企联盟和CDIO工程教育理念,开展应用人才培养路径研究。构建了农业工程专业背景下工农融合一体化梯度人才培养模式,创建了产业发展与人才培养互动机制。创新型人才培养激发了学生的求知欲望,提高了学生实践应用能力和创新能力。Aiming at the problems such as low practical ability and insufficient comprehensive application of knowledge,which could not meet the need of enterprises for ap-plied talents.Study on training path of applied talents was carried out in order to increase competitiveness of talents in agricultural engineering major based on new requirement of enterprises development for talents training and new education concept of CDIO and depended on alliance of university-enterprise.Gradient talents training model with integration of industry and agriculture under background of agricultural engineering major was constructed,and interactive mechanism of industry development and talents training was es-tablished.Innovative talents training stimulated thirst for knowledge of students and increased student’s abilities of practice application and innovation.
