摘 要:研究“互联网+教育”下工商管理类课程线上教学的特点与对策,可以帮助教师提升数字教学水平。通过分析工商管理类课程线上教学主要特点,总结主要过程,根据结论给出相应建议。研究得出:线上教学具有独特特点,包括以学生为中心的个性化教学、多样化的教学类型、丰富的教学工具等;根据工商管理类专业规律,充分利用线上线下教学优势,在课前、课中、课后等全过程运用合适的在线教学方法、工具等,保证教学质量和效率;师生应主动转变教学观念、掌握各类在线教学标准规范、改进教学设计、提高教学水平和数字化学习技巧、充分运用数字技术、提升国际化程度等,共同推动工商管理类课程教学主体和学科的发展。Research on the characteristics of the online teaching of business administration courses and countermeasures and suggestions under the background of"Internet+education"can help teachers better use digital technology to improve their teaching level.This paper analyzes the main characteristics of online teaching,summarizes the main process of conducting the online teaching of business administration courses,and finally provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on research conclusions.Research has shown that online teaching has unique characteristics,including student-centered personalized teaching,diverse teaching types and rich teaching tools,that according to the laws of business administration majors,we should fully utilize the advantages of online and offline teaching and apply appropriate online teaching methods and tools in the pre-class,in-class and after-class entire process to ensure teaching quality and efficiency,and that teachers and students should actively change their teaching and learning concepts,master the standards and norms of online teaching at all levels,improve teaching design,enhance teaching levels,master digital learning skills,fully utilize digital technology,enhance the degree of internationalization,ect.to jointly promote the development of various teaching and learning subjects and disciplines in business administration courses.
