摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观与民法典形成相互影响、相互塑造的互构逻辑:社会主义核心价值观通过奠定思想灵魂塑造民法典的中国特色;民法典通过设定私法秩序形成社会主义核心价值观的运行规则。社会主义核心价值观融入民法典的生成逻辑包括德法合治的历史传统、法律和价值的耦合关系、民法典人民至上的价值旨归。社会主义核心价值观主要从立法、执法、司法、守法等不同层面融入民法典,具有宣示国家价值目标、引领社会价值取向、明确个人价值准则的重要作用。进一步厘清社会主义核心价值观融入民法典实践向度的具体方式和边界,有助于发挥社会主义核心价值观引领法治建设的重要作用。There is a interactive logic between socialist core values and civil code.Social core values shaped the Chinese characteristics of civil code by establishing its thought and soul;Civil code shaped the working rules of socialist core values by setting private law orders.The generative logic of socialist core values integrating into civil code includes the historical tradition of the co-governance of morality and law,the inner coincidence of law and value,the people-centered value aim of civil code.Socialist core value integrate into civil code mainly from making,enforcing,judging and keeping the laws,which exhibits the national values,leads the social value orientations,clarifies personal principles.Clarifying the method and border of the practical perspective of social core values integrating into civil code will help socialist core values fulfil the role in leading legal construction.
