生肌玉红膏联合压力疗法治疗气虚血瘀型下肢静脉性溃疡40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析生肌玉红膏联合压力疗法治疗气虚血瘀型下肢静脉性溃疡的疗效。方法:选取80例下肢静脉性溃疡患者,分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组予以生肌玉红膏联合压力疗法治疗(在对照组的基础上),两组均治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效(治疗4周后),治疗前及治疗4周后创面肉芽生长状况、创面面积、疼痛评分、血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-1β、超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、生活质量评分。结果:相较于治疗前,两组治疗4周后的创面肉芽生长状况、创面面积、疼痛评分、血清IL-6、IL-1β、hs-CRP水平均降低,且组间进行对比,对照组高于观察组;相较于治疗前,两组治疗4周后的日常生活影响、局部症状、主观感受评分均升高,且组间进行对比,对照组低于观察组;两组间治疗4周后相比,对照组总有效率低于观察组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:生肌玉红膏联合压力疗法治疗气虚血瘀型下肢静脉性溃疡患者,能够帮助患者改善创面愈合,减轻疼痛,下调炎性因子指标表达水平,提升临床疗效,且生活质量更佳。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Shengji Yuhong ointment combined with pressure therapy on lower limb venous ulcers of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 80 patients with lower limb venous ulcers were selected and divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases).The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received Shengji Yuhong ointment combined with pressure therapy(on the basis of the control group).Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups(after 4 weeks of treatment),including wound granulation growth status,wound area,pain score,serum interleukin-6(IL-6),and IL-1 before and after 4 weeks of treatmentβ、Hypersensitivity C-reac⁃tive protein(hs CRP)levels and quality of life scores.Results Compared to before treatment,the wound granulation growth status,wound area,pain score,serum IL-6,IL-1 in both groups after 4 weeks of treatmentβ、The levels of has CRP were all reduced,and compared between groups,the control group was higher than the observation group;Compared to before treatment,the daily life impact,local symptoms,and subjective perception scores of the two groups increased after 4 weeks of treatment,and compared be⁃tween groups,the control group was lower than the observation group;After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,with a difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Shengji Yuhong ointment and pressure therapy can help patients with lower limb venous ulcers of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type improve wound healing,alleviate pain,lower the expression level of inflammatory factor indicators,enhance clinical efficacy,and have a better quality of life.
