卵巢子宫内膜样癌的超声诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:观察卵巢子宫内膜样癌的超声表现,总结超声图像特点,提高术前对此病的诊断水平。方法:收集2021年1月至2022年12月于浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院就诊,经手术病理证实的21例卵巢子宫内膜样癌患者完整的临床资料。结果:21例患者中,单侧患病18例,双侧患病3例。本研究中卵巢子宫内膜样癌的主要超声表现为实性低回声包块或囊实性混合回声包块。其中同时伴有子宫内膜病变患者11例,伴有或具有内异囊肿病史者9例,伴有腹水患者4例。结论:卵巢子宫内膜样癌超声表现具有一定特点,结合临床症状、血清CA125水平以及内膜病变或内异囊肿病史,可以一定程度上提高本病的术前诊断。Objective:To observe the ultrasound manifestations of ovarian endometrioid carcinoma,summarize the characteristics of ultrasound images,and improve the preoperative diagnosis of this disease.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,the complete clinical data of 21 patients with ovarian endometrioid carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were collected from the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University Medical College.Results:Of the 21 patients,18 were unilateral and 3 were bilateral.The main ultrasound findings of ovarian endometrioid carcinoma in this study are solid hypoechoic masses or cystic solid mixed echo masses.Among them,there were 11 patients with endometrial lesions,9 patients with or with a history of endometriosis,and 4 patients with ascites.Conclusion:The ultrasound findings of ovarian endometrioid carcinoma have certain characteristics.Combining clinical symptoms,serum CA125 levels,and a history of endometrial lesions or endometriosis can improve the preoperative diagnosis of this disease to a certain extent.
