摘 要:目的探讨微生物检验在妇科炎症诊断中的作用。方法选取50例妇科炎症患者,采集患者阴道分泌物样本后,分别接受培养法、镜检法和凝集法微生物检验技术对样本进行检验,统计检出病原菌阳性率。结果培养法、镜检法、凝集法的阳性检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以肠杆菌、肠球菌、链球菌的检出率比较,培养法稍高于其他两种,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微生物检验工作,选择培养法、镜检法和凝集法均可以应用于妇科炎症疾病诊断,培养法效果稍有优势,临床应结合患者个体情况,选择合适的检验技术,才能确保诊断准确率,为临床治疗方案制定提供参考。Objective To explore the role of microbiological examination in the diagnosis of gynecological inflammation.Methods 50 patients with gynecological inflammation were selected to collect vaginal secretion samples,and the samples were tested by culture method,microscopic examination method and agglutination method respectively,and the positive rate of pathogenic bacteria was statistically detected.Results There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate between culture method,microscopy method and agglutination method(P>0.05).The detection rates of enterobacter,enterococcus and streptococcus were slightly higher than those of the other two methods,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Microbial examination,selective culture method,microscopy method and agglutination method can all be applied to the diagnosis of gynecological inflammatory diseases,and the effect of culture method is slightly superior.In clinical practice,appropriate testing technology should be selected according to the individual conditions of patients to ensure the diagnostic accuracy and provide references for the formulation of clinical treatment plans.
