摘　　要：目的 探究宫颈癌患者采用p16蛋白(p16)、p53蛋白(p53)、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱm RNA结合蛋白3(IMP3)、细胞增殖核抗原(Ki-67)蛋白的诊断效果。方法 择取本院40例宫颈癌患者作为观察组,另选取同期35例健康体检者作为对照组。两组均采用p16、p53、IMP3及Ki-67检测,比较两组诊断效果。结果 观察组p16、p53、IMP3及Ki-67表达水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检测阳性检出率较单一检测高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在对宫颈癌患者检测时,p16、p53、IMP3及Ki-67联合诊断价值高,可达到预期诊断效果,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of p16 protein(p16),p53 protein(p53),insulin-like growth factorⅡmRNA binding protein 3(IMP3),cell proliferating nuclear antigen(Ki-67)protein in patients with cervical cancer.Methods 40 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 35 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.pl6,p53,IMP3 and Ki-67 were used in both groups to compare the diagnostic effect.Results The expression levels of p16,p53,IMP3 and Ki-67 in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of combined detection was higher than that of single detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the detection of cervical cancer patients,the combined diagnosis of p16,p53,IMP3 and Ki-67 has high value,can achieve the expected diagnostic effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
