摘　　要：目的:探究大学新生主动性人格对抑郁的影响,并考察其心理韧性与性别的作用机制。方法:采用主动性人格量表(PPS)、青少年心理韧性量表和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对1257名大一新生进行问卷调查。结果:大学新生抑郁检出率为28.1%;大学新生主动性人格与抑郁呈负相关(r=-0.39,P<0.01),与心理韧性呈正相关(r=0.46,P<0.01),心理韧性与抑郁呈负相关(r=-0.32,P<0.01);心理韧性在主动性人格和抑郁之间起部分中介作用;性别在中介效应的后半段路径起调节作用(β=-0.12,P<0.001),相比男生,心理韧性对女生的抑郁影响更大。结论:大学新生主动性人格与抑郁的关系是一个有调节的中介模型。Objective:To explore the influence of initiative personality on depression in college freshmen,and explore the mechanism of psychological resilience and gender.Methods:1257 freshmen in a college in Fujian Province were investigated with the Proactive Personality Scale(PPS),Adolescent Mental Resilience Scale and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS).Results:The prevalence of depression among freshmen was 28.1%;The initiative personality of freshmen was negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.39,P<0.01),positively correlated with psychological resilience(r=0.46,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.32,P<0.01);Psychological resilience plays a part of intermediary psycholgical resilience was role between active personality and depression;Gender plays a regulatory role in the second half of the pathway of mediation effect(β=-0.12,P<0.001),compared with boys,psychological resilience has a greater impact on girls'depression.Conclusion:The relationship between initiative personality and depression of college freshmen is a mediated model with regulation.
