针灸治疗桥本甲状腺炎及其相关焦虑抑郁状态的机制研究进展

摘　　要：现代生活节奏的日益加快增加了人们的压力,越来越多疾病伴随的焦虑抑郁等并发症不断出现,影响着人们的生活质量,引起了大家的重视。桥本甲状腺炎是一种淋巴细胞浸润性慢性甲状腺炎症,属于自身免疫性疾病。桥本甲状腺炎早期不易被发现,且病程较长,并发症较多。该病目前并无特效的治疗手段,西医以对症治疗为主,针对病因病机的治疗尚在初级研究阶段,而中医在桥本甲状腺炎治疗中,针对临床症状、病因病机等方面具有一定的潜力,尤其针灸能疏通经络、调整脏腑功能,可调节机体整体功能,改善甲状腺功能和相关并发症,因此中医治法也被越来越多的患者接受。桥本甲状腺炎作为一种内分泌疾病出现焦虑抑郁的概率升高,但目前探讨两者之间关系的文章不多,且没有特效的治疗方法,服用药物存在一定的不良反应,长时间服药会有依赖性。文章作者总结了桥本甲状腺炎的病因病机、治疗进展、一些治疗经验和疗效,以及桥本甲状腺炎和焦虑抑郁之间的联系,并对针灸治疗相关焦虑抑郁的机制方面进行了综述,以期为针灸在临床治疗该疾病提供一些思路,让针灸作为一种治疗方法被更多的人接受,传承我们的中医药事业。The increasingly accelerated pace of modern life has increased people's pressure,and more and more complications such as anxiety and depression accompanied by diseases are constantly emerging,affecting people's quality of life and attracting everyone's attention.Hashimoto's thyroiditis is a chronic lymphocytic infiltration thyroid inflammation,which belongs to autoimmune diseases.Hashimoto's thyroiditis is not easy to be found in the early stage,and the course of disease is long,with many complications.At present,there is no specific treatment for this disease,Western medicine focuses on symptomatic treatment,and the treatment from etiology and pathogenesis is still in the primary stage of research.In the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis,TCM has certain potential in terms of clinical symptoms,etiology and pathogenesis,especially acupuncture and moxibustion can dredge the meridians,adjust the function of viscera,regulate the overall function of the body,improve thyroid function,and relieve related complications.Therefore,TCM treatment is accepted by more and more patients.Hashimoto's thyroiditis,as an endocrine disease,has increased the probability of anxiety and depression.However,there are few articles discussing the relationship between the two,and there is no specific treatment method.There are certain adverse reactions of taking drugs,and long-term medication will cause dependence.In this paper,the author summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment progress,some treatment experience and efficacy of Hashimoto's thyroiditis,as well as the relationship between Hashimoto's thyroiditis and anxiety and depression,and reviews the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of anxiety and depression,hoping to provide some ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease,so that acupuncture and moxibustion can be accepted by more people as a treatment method,and inherit our traditional Chinese medicine career.
