近十年营卫学说研究进展

摘　　要：营卫学说是中医学理论的重要组成部分,与人体的脏腑、经络、气血等关系十分密切,营卫二气周流于一身之上下,循行于五脏六腑,形成一个圆环,共同调节着人体的各种生理功能,二者正常,则人体各项生命活动正常,反之,若营卫失调,则会出现多种病理现象,从而引发疾病。近十年来,随着心血管疾病(如心肌纤维化、心律失常、心力衰竭、动脉粥样硬化)、皮肤病(如荨麻疹、硬皮病、带状疱疹、过敏性紫癜)、妇科病(如产后身痛、产后风湿、产后汗出、经行发热)等疾病的发病率逐年升高,营卫学说的研究领域表现活跃,成果颇丰,学者们逐渐认识到中、西医多个学科与营卫学说之间存在内在的联系,所以从不同的角度,以调和营卫法论治各种疾病,采用理论和实证相结合的方法进行研究。对营卫学说的继承和发扬具有重要的现实意义,在疾病的防治方面具有重要的作用。文章通过对国内外相关文献的查找,系统地分析、总结近十年营卫学说在心血管病、皮肤病、妇科病、不寐、衰老五个方面的研究成果,并对未来的研究趋势做了一些展望。The theory of Yingwei(营卫学说) is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine and one of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is closely related to the viscera,meridians,Qi(气) and blood of the human body.Ying Qi and Wei Qi circulate in the body by flowing up and down,follow the turns of viscera,which forms a ring,and jointly regulate the various physiological functions of the human body,when the two are normal,the life activities of the human body are normal,on the contrary,if Ying Qi and Wei Qi are in disorder,there will be a variety of pathological phenomena,which will lead to diseases.In the past decade,with the increasing incidence of cardiovascular diseases(such as myocardial fibrosis,arrhythmia,heart failure,atherosclerosis),skin diseases(such as urticaria,scleroderma,zoster,anaphylactoid purpura),gynecological diseases(such as postpartum pain,postpartum rheumatics,postpartum sweating,menstrual fever) and other diseases,the research field of Yingwei theory has been active and fruitful.Scholars have gradually realized that there are many internal connections between TCM and Western medicine disciplines and Yingwei theory.Therefore,from different perspectives,the method of harmonizing Yingwei to treat various diseases is studied by combining theory and empirical research.The inheritance and development of Yingwei theory has important practical significances and plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of diseases.This paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the research results of Yingwei theory in the past ten years in five aspects of cardiovascular disease,skin disease,gynecological disease,insomnia and aging through the search of relevant literature at home and abroad,and makes some prospects for future research trends.
