摘  要:张载一生在朝为官时间较短,大部分时间致力于讲学授徒、著书立说,在长期的教育实践中形成了以为师之德、为师之才、为师之术为主要内容的较为系统的师道观。张载对教师“谦德”“仁德”“行德”“厚德”的论述及践行,充分展示了他的为师之德;张载的涉猎兼及儒家经典、自然科学和军事知识,治学强调立志笃行、学须有疑、贵在自得等,彰显了其为师之才;在教学中他所强调的“尽人之材乃不误人”“当时引之不失其正”“罕譬而喻”“穷理应当有渐”,反映了他的为师之术。张载的师道观今天仍闪耀着为师之道的熠熠光辉。During his life,Zhang Zai has worked as an official for a short period,and most of his time is devoted to spreading knowledge and educating people.In his long-term educational practice,he forms systematic views on teacher morality,which includes teacher ethics,academic quality and method.His discussion and practice of ethics of humility,kindness,practice and devotion fully demonstrate his ethics as a teacher.His knowledge covers Confucian classics,natural sciences and military knowledge.He emphasizes the importance of ambition,problem awareness and independent thinking,and highlights his talents as a teacher.In his teaching,he emphasizes giving full play to the advantages of different students,grasping the opportunity of education,skillfully using teaching language and imparting knowledge in a certain order,reflecting his teaching method.To this day,the method still shines with enlightenment.
