摘 要:热态气体的临界击穿场强是评估高压断路器弧后电击穿特性的基础数据,文中研究了C_(5)F_(10)O/CO_(2)混合气体在C_(5)F_(10)O混合比例k=0~10%、压强0.1~2.0 MPa、温度300~4 000 K范围内的临界击穿场强。基于质量作用定律数学模型,得到不同温度下混合气体的平衡组分,采用两项近似方法求解玻尔兹曼方程,分析混合气体的电子能量分布函数、折合电离和吸附系数,获得混合气体的临界折合击穿场强和临界击穿场强。结果表明:0.6 MPa下,温度低于3 000 K时,随着温度降低,k=0~10%混合气体的临界击穿场逐渐低于SF_(6);在温度高于3 000 K时,混合气体的临界击穿场强为SF_(6)的1.2倍以上,具有较强的绝缘能力。研究结果可为C_(5)F_(10)O/CO_(2)混合气体高压断路器弧后电击穿特性研究提供参考。The critical breakdown electric field strength of hot gas is the basic data to assess the post-arc electrical breakdown characteristics of high-voltage circuit breakers.In this paper,the critical electric field strength of C_(5)F_(10)O/CO_(2) gas mixture in the range of C_(5)F_(10)O mixing ratio k=0-10%and intensity of pressure at 0.1-2.0 MPa and at 300-4000 K is studied.Based on the mathematical model of the law of mass action,the equilibrium components of the gas mixture at different temperatures are obtained.The Boltzmann equation is solved by two-term approximation method.The electron energy distribution function,equivalent ionization and adsorption coefficient of the gas mix-ture are analyzed so to obtain the critical reduced electric field strength and critical electric field strength of the gas mixture.The results show that at 0.6 MPa,when the temperature is lower than 3000 K,the critical electric field strength of the gas mixture with k=0-10%is gradually lower than that of SF_(6) with the decrease of temperature.However,in case of the temperature above 3000 K,the critical electric field strength of the gas mixture is more than 1.2 times that of SF_(6),which has strong insulation ability.The research results can provide a reference for the study of post-arc dielectric breakdown properties of high voltage circuit breakers filled with C_(5)F_(10)O/CO_(2) gas mixture.
