摘　　要：收入代际流动是体现社会公平程度的重要指标,而教育作为社会代际传递的重要机制,通过教育促进流动性的提高是当前社会的重要议题。为防止进一步的贫困代际传递、社会阶层固化,社会、经济、政治各领域专家基于不同视角对教育与收入代际流动的关系展开了丰富的探讨和检验。通过对国内外教育与收入代际流动关系研究的归纳和梳理,从收入代际流动的概念、意义及相关结果入手,进一步分析了教育影响代际收入的途径,包括对人力资本、就业选择、收入水平的影响,而后概述了有关教育与收入代际流动关系的研究方法演进、数据及可能的误差来源,并基于此得出相关文献的总结和讨论。Intergenerational income mobility is an important indicator of the degree of social equity.Education is an important mechanism for intergenerational social transmission.The promotion of mobility through education is an important issue in society nowadays.To prevent further intergenerational transmission of poverty and social stratification,the relationship between education and intergenerational income mobility has been richly explored and tested by experts from social,economic and political fields from different perspectives.By summarizing and sorting out the studies on the relationship between education and intergenerational income mobility at home and abroad,starting with the concept,significance and related results of intergenerational income mobility,this paper further analyzes the ways in which education affects intergenerational income,including the impact on human capital,employment choices,income levels,and then an overview of the evolution of research methods,data,and possible sources of error on the relationship between education and intergenerational income mobility,and based on this to draw the relevant literature summary and the discussion.
