摘　　要：通过对斗式提升机使用过程中常出现的畚斗带跑偏、达不到设计产量和堵料等问题进行分析和探究,分析可能造成故障的原因,并针对性提出一些针对性解决方案,为用户解决斗式提升机故障提供参考。Through the analysis and exploration of the problems that often occur in the use of bucket elevator,such as the deviation of bucket belt,failure to reach the designed output and material blockage,the possible causes of the failure are analyzed,and some targeted solutions are put forward to solve the problems,which can provide reference for users to solve the failure of bucket elevator.
