摘　　要：5-羟色胺(5-HT)是脑-肠轴途径中一种重要的神经递质,其分泌与肠道菌群、肠道免疫、肠道动力等方面密切相关。5-HT代谢途径异常参与肠易激综合征、炎症性肠病、慢性便秘、功能性消化不良等胃肠道疾病的发生、发展。就5-HT在不同胃肠道疾病中的作用机制研究进行综述,以期为临床治疗开拓新思路。5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)is an important neurotransmitter in brain-gut axis pathway,and its secretion is closely related to intestinal flora,intestinal immunity and intestinal motility.Abnormal metabolic pathway of 5-HT is involved in the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal diseases,such as irritable bowel syndrome,inflammatory bowel disease,chronic constipation and functional dyspepsia.This article reviews the mechanism of 5-HT in different gastrointestinal diseases in order to explore new ideas for clinical treatment.
