摘　　要：本文主要研究盐池县滩羊的羊肉供应链,对其主要环节的实际情况和存在的问题进行了深入分析,并探讨了羊肉供应链中利益的分配模式。盐池县滩羊羊肉产业虽然发展趋势向好,但供应链条上仍然存在许多问题急需解决,如供应链发展资金短缺、供应链利益联结机制不健全等。对此,本文从政府干预和组织模式两个角度提出了完善该供应链的利益联结机制的相关对策,以期促进滩羊产业健康发展。The article mainly studies the lamb supply chain of Tan sheep in Yanchi county,analyzes in depth the actual situation and existing problems of its main links,and explores the distribution mode of benefits in the lamb supply chain.Although the development trend of the Tan sheep and mutton industry in Yanchi county is improving,there are still many problems in the supply chain that need to be solved urgently,such as a shortage of funds for supply chain development and an imperfect mechanism for connecting supply chain interests.This article proposes relevant countermeasures to improve the interest linkage mechanism of the supply chain from the perspectives of government intervention and organizational models,in order to promote the healthy development of the Tan sheep industry.
