摘　　要：新时代不断深入的高等教育综合改革为高校教务工作带来新挑战,提升教务管理水平刻不容缓。教务管理水平提升的关键在于探索高效的教务管理模式,建立完善的教务管理制度,把握数字化赋能优势,增强自主服务意识,提升自身业务能力,提高职业认同,最终实现教务管理效能与教务人员素养的全面提升。The further comprehensive reform of advanced education in the new era has brought new challenges to the academic affairs of colleges,and it is urgent to improve the level of academic management.The key to improving the level of academic affairs management lies in exploring efficient academic affairs management models,establishing sound academic affairs management systems,grasping the advantages of digital empowerment,enhancing independent service awareness,one's own business capabilities,professional identity,and ultimately achieving a comprehensive improvement in the efficiency of academic management and the literacy of academic personnel.
