摘　　要：选取某地方高校267名在校护理本科生作为研究对象,进行问卷调查,调查内容包括一般资料、护生对从事老年照护工作的认知现状及发展需求。调查结果表明,本科护生对从事老年照护工作的认知水平有待提高,应注重培养其职业情感,使其转变认知,同时创新人才培养模式,以满足护生的发展需求。加强校院企联合培养,提高护生对从事老年照护工作的认知水平、从业意愿和服务能力,为社会培养更多优秀的老年照护人才,促进地方老年护理事业的发展。267 nursing undergraduates from a local university were selected as the research subjects for a questionnaire survey,which included general information,nursing students'cognitive status and development needs towards engaging in elderly care.The survey results indicate that nursing undergraduates'cognitive level towards engaging in elderly care needs to be improved.Attention should be paid to cultivating their professional emotions,transforming their cognition,and innovating personnel training models to meet nursing students'development needs.To strengthen the joint training of schools,institutions,and enterprises,improve the cognitive level,professional willingness,and nursing students'service ability in engaging in elderly care,cultivate more outstanding elderly care personnel for society,and promote the development of local elderly care industry.
