摘　　要：目的 调查高职院校老年保健与管理专业学生择业动机及其影响因素,提出相应对策,为人才培养提供依据。方法 采用线上问卷调查的形式,调查几所高职院校老年保健与管理专业学生的择业动机并进行数据分析。结果 高职院校老年保健与管理专业学生择业动机为(66.68±11.26)分,处于中上水平。年级、家庭所在地、家庭经济水平、第一志愿是否老年保健与管理专业、与老人关系、是否有照顾老人经历、毕业后是否愿意从事老年人护理照顾类工作对择业动机及其相关维度有影响(P<0.05)。结论 提出加强职业教育、完善课程设置、加深产教融合等相关对策,帮助老年保健与管理专业学生进一步提高择业动机。Objective To investigate the career motivation and influencing factors of student majoring in geriatric health care and management in higher vocational colleges,and propose corresponding strategies,provide a basis for personnel cultivation as well.Methods With an online questionnaire survey,investigate the career motivation of students majoring in geriatric health care and management in several higher vocational colleges and conduct data analysis.Results The career motivation of higher vocational collegians majoring in geriatric health care and management is(66.68±11.26)score,which is at a medium to high level.Grade,family location,family economic level,whether the first choice is in the field of geriatric health and management,relationship with the elderly,experience in caring for the elderly,and willingness to work in elderly care after graduation have an impact on career motivation and related dimensions(P<0.05).Conclusion Relevant measures such as strengthening vocational education,improving course design,and deepening the integration of industry and education are proposed to help students majoring in geriatric health care and management improve their career motivation further.
