消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液滴眼联合揿针治疗青少年近视对视力、屈光度及眼轴的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨揿针与消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液滴眼联合用于青少年近视临床治疗的作用及效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年1月在无锡市儿童医院眼科门诊就诊的青少年近视患者80例随机分为两组,对照组患者(40例)给予消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液滴眼治疗,揿针组患者(40例)给予消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液滴眼+揿针治疗,观察患者裸眼视力、眼轴长度变化情况及临床总疗效。结果 治疗12周后,揿针组的裸眼视力比对照组更优(P<0.05),屈光度和眼压比对照组更低(P<0.05),眼轴长度比对照组更短(P<0.05),临床治疗总有效率和治疗满意度比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论 消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液滴眼与揿针治疗联合用于青少年近视患者,可明显提高患者视力,增强屈光度及眼轴的改善效果,能够获得更理想的疗效及满意度。Objective To explore the effect and efficacy of the combination of pressing needle and racemic anisodamine eye drops in the clinical treatment of adolescent myopia.Methods Eighty adolescent myopia patients who visited the ophthalmology outpatient department of Wuxi Children's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)was treated with racemic anisodamine eye drops for treating furuncle,while the pressing needle group(40 cases)was treated with racemic anisodamine eye drops for treating furuncle.The naked eye vision,changes in ocular axial length,and overall clinical efficacy were observed.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the naked eye visual acuity of the pressing needle group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the diopter and intraocular pressure were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The axial length of the eye was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total clinical effective rate and treatment satisfaction were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of racemic anisodamine eye drops and acupressure therapy for adolescent myopia patients can significantly improve their vision,enhance refractive power,and improve eye extraction,achieving more ideal therapeutic effects and satisfaction.
