摘　　要：实验生物化学是生物类相关专业本科生及研究生的专业核心课程。在分析了实验生物化学教学中存在问题的基础上,采取了多项举措,如设计验证性—综合性—探索性的梯度式实验课程内容,强化课前预习与课后巩固,采取混合式、案例式等教学方式,构建闭环反馈的多元化课程评价体系等对课程内容、教学过程、教学方式以及评价体系进行了重构和优化,提高了教学效果。The experimental biochemistry is a core course for undergraduate and postgraduate students in biology-related disciplines.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the teaching of experimental biochemistry,several strategies have been taken to reconstruct and optimize the course content,teaching process,teaching method and evaluation system,such as formulating the gradient experimental course content of validation-comprehensive-exploratory,reinforcing the pre-study before the class and consolidation after the class,adopting the teaching methods of blending and case study,and constructing the diversified evaluation system of the course with a closed-loop feedback,etc.The implementation of these strategies improves the learning outcomes.
