摘  要:为解决生态问题,绿色发展已成为全球共识,绿色润滑剂的发展也正在加速演进。以天然植物油(菜籽油+大豆油)为基础油,以十二烷基苯磺酸和醋酸为促进剂,用高碱值磺酸钙制备了绿色复合磺酸钙基润滑脂,并对其性能进行了评价。制备的绿色复合磺酸钙基润滑脂的滴点>330℃,钢网分油0.25%,烧结负荷4900 N,且具有良好的触变性能,防锈性能,抗水性能,高温性能和摩擦学特性(摩擦因数及抗磨损性能)。In order to solve ecological problems,green development has become a global consensus,and the development of green lubricants is accelerating.A green complex calcium sulfonate grease was prepared by using high base number calcium sulfonate with natural vegetable oil(rapeseed oil+soybean oil)as the base oil and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid and acetic acid as the accelerators,and its performance was evaluated.The green complex calcium sulfonate grease prepared has a dropping point higher than 330℃,0.25%of steel mesh oil separation rate,weld load of 4900 N,and has good thixotropic property,anti-rust property,water resistance,high temperature performance and tribological characteristics(frictional coefficient and anti-wear performance).
