摘  要:目的 探讨3D打印技术联合案例教学法(casebased learning,CBL)和以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在头颈部疾病影像教学中的教学效果。方法 选取2021年9月—2022年1月在广西医科大学进行医学影像诊断学课程学习的大四本科生47名,采用抽签法分为2组。试验组采用3D打印技术联合CBL、PBL教学法进行影像见习教学,对照组采用CBL联合PBL教学法进行影像见习教学。随后进行课堂教学效果问卷调查,并让学生进行专业理论考试和病例读片考核,分析2组学生教学效果(解剖理解度、学习兴趣、知识理解和掌握深度、课堂总体满意度等)、理论考试成绩和病例读片考核成绩的差异。结果 试验组的课堂总体满意度评分为(8.50±0.72)分、专业理论成绩为(92.50±5.32)分、病例读片成绩为(87.08±5.50)分,高于对照组[课堂总体满意度评分为(7.22±0.79)分、专业理论成绩为(87.17±6.18)分、病例读片成绩为(77.83±5.61)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 3D打印技术联合CBL、PBL教学法应用于头颈部疾病影像教学中可取得良好的效果,能够有效提高教学质量、学习兴趣及课堂满意度。Objective To explore the teaching effects of 3D printing technology combined with case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in imaging teaching of head and neck diseases.Methods A total of 47 senior undergraduates who studied medical imaging diagnostics in Guangxi Medical University from September 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using a lottery method.In the experimental group,3D printing technology combined with CBL and PBL teaching methods was adopted for image internship teaching,while the control group used CBL and PBL teaching methods only for image internship teaching.A questionnaire survey of classroom teaching effects was subsequently carried out,and students were asked to take professional theory tests and assessments of case film reading.An analysis was made on the differences between the two groups of students in the parameters of teaching effects(anatomical understanding,learning interest,knowledge understanding and degree of mastering,overall satisfaction of the course,etc.),theoretical examination results and case film reading assessment results.Results The overall classroom satisfaction score of the experimental group was(8.50±0.72)points,the professional theory score was(92.5±5.32)points,and the case film reading score was(87.08±5.50)points,which were higher those in the control group[the overall classroom satisfaction score was(7.22±0.79)points,the professional theory score was(87.17±6.18)points and the case film reading score was(77.83±5.61)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing technology combined with CBL and PBL teaching methods in the image teaching of head and neck diseases can achieve good results and can effectively improve the teaching quality,learning interest and course satisfaction.
