摘　　要：目的 探究小郁子油子午流注穴位贴敷联合四子散热奄包治疗对于癌性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法 纳入2022年1月至2023年7月在广州中医药大学顺德医院肿瘤科住院治疗的恶性肿瘤合并肠梗阻患者120例,采用随机对照试验方法进行临床对照观察。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上分为三组,分别给予小郁子油子午流注穴位贴敷治疗、四子散热奄包治疗、小郁子油子午流注穴位贴敷联合四子散热奄包治疗。比较临床疗效、腹胀分级、疼痛程度(NRS)、舒适度(VAS)及满意度。结果 观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组腹胀等级优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组NRS及VAS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 针对癌性肠梗阻患者,为其实施小郁子油子午流注穴位贴敷联合四子散热奄包治疗更有助于改善临床病症,提升治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating cancer intestinal obstruction by applying Xiaoyuzi oil at meridian point combined with Sizi heat-dissipating bag.Methods From January 2022 to July 2023,120 patients with malignant tumor who were hospitalized in the Oncology Department of Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and confirmed by pathology were collected.All these patients were diagnosed with intestinal obstruction by imaging examination,and clinical controlled observation was conducted by randomized controlled trial.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group was divided into three groups on the basis of western medicine treatment.One group was given Xiaoyuzi oil meridian point application,the other group was given Si Zi heat-dissipating bag treatment,and the other group was given Xiaoyuzi oil meridian point application combined with Si Zi heat-dissipating bag treatment.The clinical efficacy,abdominal distension classification,pain degree(NRS),comfort(VAS)and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The abdominal distension grade in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of NRS and VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with cancer intestinal obstruction,it is more helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect by applying Xiaoyuzi oil at meridian point and applying it at acupoint combined with Sizi heat-dissipating package.
