摘　　要：目的分析SOX化疗方案配合华蟾素片治疗晚期胃癌患者的效果及对免疫、炎症指标和肿瘤标志物水平的影响。方法将我院2020年1月至12月收治的80例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为常规组(40例,SOX治疗方案治疗)和观察组(40例,SOX治疗方案+华蟾素片治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于常规组,CD8^(+)低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)及糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)水平低于常规组,自然杀伤(NK)细胞高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间的不良反应总发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论SOX化疗方案配合华蟾素片治疗晚期胃癌患者可有效改善其免疫功能,降低肿瘤标志物水平,且不会增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of SOX chemotherapy regimen combined with cinobufotalin tablets in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer and its influences on immune,inflammatory indexes and tumor markers levels.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into routine group(40 cases,SOX chemotherapy regimen treatment)and observation group(40 cases,SOX chemotherapy regimen+cinobufotalin tablets treatment)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the CD8^(+)was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the natural killer(NK)cell was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion SOX chemotherapy regimen combined with cinobufotalin tablets in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer can effectively improve the immune function,reduce the levels of tumor markers,and does not increase the adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
