摘　　要：阐述针对多节电池监控电路LTC6803,采用浮动电源供电方案,通过集成和优化模数转换器测试技术、模拟开关测试技术以及数字电路测试技术等多种方法,完成对此款电池监控芯片的测试开发。This paper expounds the use of a floating power supply scheme for the multi cell battery monitoring circuit LTC6803.Through integration and optimization of analog-to-digital converter testing technology,analog switch testing technology,and digital circuit testing technology,various methods are used to complete the testing and development of this battery monitoring chip.
