摘　　要：阐述智能仪表的特点和构成,探讨智能仪表的运用,包括信息化技术的结合、体系调试、自主IP智能仪表的标准、电量计量计费、辅助体系的完善、变电二次体系的调试。This paper expounds the characteristics and composition of intelligent instruments,explores the application of intelligent instruments,including the combination of information technology,system debugging,standards for independent IP intelligent instruments,electricity metering and billing,improvement of auxiliary systems,and debugging of secondary systems for substations.
