摘　　要：阐述以双数控通道电路的某型发动机数控系统为对象,分析因采集信号异常导致发动机停车的数据,经分解检查、性能测试、元器件失效分析以及半物理试验,确认停车原因并提出改进措施。This paper expounds the numerical control system of a certain type of engine with dual numerical control channel circuit as the object,analyzes the data of engine shutdown caused by abnormal signal collection,and through decomposition inspection,performance testing,component failure analysis,and semi physical testing,confirms the cause of shutdown and proposes improvement measures.
