摘　　要：阐述以认知频谱感知技术研究为基础,对通信电子防御总体技术框架和技术优势进行分析,并以认知频谱感知技术的应用为基础,提出认知频谱感知的通信电子防御技术的应用,为军事通信防御在复杂电磁环境中的应用提供案例参考。This paper describes the research of cognitive spectrum sensing technology,analyzes the overall technical framework and advantages of communication electronic defense,and proposes the application of cognitive spectrum sensing technology in communication electronic defense based on the application of cognitive spectrum sensing technology,providing case reference for the application of military communication defense in complex electromagnetic environments.
