摘 要:目的:探究窄带成像放大内镜(NBI-ME)联合卢戈液染色在早期食管癌筛查中的应用价值.方法:选取2022年10月—2023年6月安庆市立医院收治的疑似食管癌患者96例为研究对象.所有患者接受白光内镜、NBI-ME联合卢戈液染色内镜检查,将组织活检病理诊断结果为"金标准",比较两种检测方式的诊断结果及诊断效能.结果:病理诊断结果显示,96份标本中阳性28例,占比29.17%.NBI-ME联合卢戈液染色检测阳性例数27例,白光内镜检测阳性例数22例.NBI-ME联合卢戈液染色检测的灵敏度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确率高于白光内镜检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:NBI-ME联合卢戈液染色在早期食管癌筛查中应用价值显著,具备较高的灵敏度、准确率,为临床早期筛查食管癌提供依据.Objective:To explore the application value of narrow-band imaging magnification endoscopy(NBI-ME)combined with Lugo fluid staining in early esophageal cancer screening.Methods:A total of ninety-six patients with suspected esophageal cancer treated in Anqing Municipal Hospital from October 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients underwent white light endoscopy,NBI-ME combined with Lugo fluid staining endoscopy,and the pathological diagnosis results of tissue biopsy were"gold standard".The diagnostic results and diagnostic efficiency of the two detection methods were compared.Results:The results of pathological diagnosis showed that 28 of the 96 samples were positive,accounting for 29.17%;there were 27 positive cases of NBI-ME combined with Lugo fluid staining and 22 positive cases of white light endoscopy;the sensitivity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of NBI-ME combined with Lugo fluid staining were higher than those of white light endoscopy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:NBI-ME combined with Lugo fluid staining has significant application value in early esophageal cancer screening,with high sensitivity and accuracy,and provides basis for early clinical screening of esophageal cancer.
