摘 要:历史上“狮、龙、云、虎、梅”老字号产区是西湖龙井茶核心产区,茶园主要分布在龙井、翁家山、杨梅岭、满觉陇、梅家坞等村落,其字号大致形成于清末民国期间,尤其是民国期间其产地细分已较为详细和明确。1949年后,老字号进行归并,形成了“狮峰龙井”“梅坞龙井”“西湖龙井”3个品类,目前加上后来新增的产地品类,统称为西湖龙井茶。The core production area of West Lake Longjing tea is a historical production area of"lion,dragon,cloud,tiger,and plum"time-honored brands.Tea gardens are mainly distributed in villages such as Longjing,Wengji-ashan,Yangmeiling,Manjuelong,and Meijiawu.The brand names were roughly formed during the late Qing Dynas-ty and the Republic of China period,especially during the period of the Republic of China when their origins were more detailed and clear.After the establishment of the People's Republic of China,time-honored brands merged and formed three categories:"Shifeng Longjing","Meiwu Longjing"and"West Lake Longjing".Currently,with the ad-dition of new production areas,they are collectively referred to as West Lake Longjing tea.
