安徽省公办普通本科高校图书馆灰色文献建设现状研究

摘　　要：基于安徽省公办普通本科高校图书馆灰色文献的组织收藏现状,指出高校图书馆在建设灰色文献过程中存在依赖性强,自主开发意识淡薄;缺乏定位,收集目标不清晰;校内灰色文献被严重忽视;利用率低,宣传力度不够和缺乏交流共享机制五个方面的问题。并建议高校图书馆从结合办学定位,制订长期发展规划;契合学科服务,组建灰色文献专业团队;寻求学校层面的支持和依托安徽省高校数字图书馆,建设灰色文献共享专栏四个方面加以改进。Based on the current situation of the organization and collection of grey literature in public general undergraduate university libraries of Anhui Province,this article points out the five problems in the process of building grey literature in university libraries:strong dependence and weak awareness of independent development,lack of positioning and unclear collection goals,serious neglect of grey literature within the school,low utilization rate and insufficient publicity,and lack of communication and sharing mechanisms.It is suggested that university libraries should improve from four aspects:combining school positioning to formulate long-term development plans,adapting to subject services to form a professional team for grey literature,seeking support at the school level,and relying on the Anhui Provincial University Digital Library to build a gray literature sharing column.
