摘　　要：目的分析在内分泌科临床带教中应用PDCA系统的运用效果。方法选取2021年7月—2023年7月山东省第一康复医院内分泌科接收的医学生18名为研究对象,以随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,各9名,开展临床带教研究。对照组医学生接受常规带教,观察组医学生采取PDCA系统带教,对比两种带教模式取得的效果。结果在教学介入后,观察组医学生的学习积极性评分明显高于对照组,医学生对内分泌科理论知识掌握和临床技能操作方面表现明显优于对照组,医学生综合能力评分结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论将PDCA系统应用于内分泌科临床教学管理中,能够提高教学管理的质量,增强医学生的学习积极性,并提高他们的临床综合能力和实践操作能力。Objective To analyze the effect of the application of PDCA system in the clinical teaching of endocrinology department.Methods 18 medical students admitted to the Endocrinology Department of Shandong First Rehabilitation Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method to conduct clinical teaching research,with 9 students in each group.The control group of medical students received conventional teaching,while the observation group of medical students received PDCA system teaching.The effects of the two teaching modes were compared.Results After the teaching intervention,the learning motivation score of medical students in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the performance of medical students in terms of mastering the theoretical knowledge of endocrinology and clinical skills operation were significantly better than those of the control group,and the comprehensive ability score of medical students was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA system to the clinical teaching management of endocrinology can improve the quality of teaching management,enhance the learning motivation of medical students,and improve their comprehensive clinical ability and practical operation ability.
