摘　　要：5-羟基色氨酸(5-HTP)是从加纳籽中提取的一种天然氨基酸。在动物机体内,5-HTP作为重要中间体参与色氨酸代谢并调节机体分泌合成5-羟色胺(5-HT)和褪黑素(MT),从而发挥抗抑郁、抗氧化等多种生物学作用。目前关于5-HTP的研究主要集中在大鼠和小鼠上,在反刍动物应用方面的评估较少。分别对5-HTP的生产、测定、代谢途径及应用研究进行了归纳和总结,为5-HTP的开发应用提供参考。5-hydroxytryptophan(5-HTP)is a natural amino acid extracted from Ghana seeds.As an important intermediate,it is involved in the metabolism of tryptophan and regulates the secretion and synthesis of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and melatonin(MT)in animal body to play a variety of biological roles such as anti-depression and anti-oxidation.The current researches on 5-HTP are mainly focused on rats and mice,and there is less evaluation of ruminant applications.In this paper,the production,determination,metabolic pathways and application of 5-HTPwere summarized to provide a reference for the development and application of 5-HTP.
