摘  要:乳酸菌是人和动物消化道内的重要益生菌,具有佐剂效应和免疫调节功能,以乳酸菌作为活疫苗载体表达外源蛋白,研制口服疫苗,具有重要意义和广阔的应用前景。对利用CRISPR/Cas9系统进行乳酸菌基因编辑、乳酸菌的锚定表达系统、表达FnBPA的侵入型乳酸菌、DCs靶向型乳酸菌和无抗筛选营养缺陷型乳酸菌等乳酸菌改造方法进行介绍,为乳酸菌载体疫苗的研制提供参考,并对其应用前景进行分析和展望。Lactic acid bacteria are important probiotics in the digestive tract of human and animals,and have adjuvant effect and immune regulation function.Therefore,it is of great significance and broad application prospect to use lactic acid bacteria as live vaccine vector to express foreign proteins to develop oral vaccines.In this paper,we mainly introduce the transformation methods of using CRISPR/Cas9 system for gene editing of lactic acid bacteria,anchored expression system of lactic acid bacteria,invasive lactic acid bacteria expressing FnBPA,DCS targeted lactic acid bacteria and non resistant screening lactic acid bacteria as oral mucosal immune vaccine vectors in order to provide reference for the development of lactic acid bacteria vector vaccine,and analyze and prospect its application prospects.
