摘  要:当前,高校毕业生就业工作面临“腹背受敌”“前后夹击”的严峻形势。一方面,高校毕业生就业规模持续增长并将继续保持增长若干年,另一方面,国内外环境变化带来了许多新的困难和挑战。但是与此同时,高校就业工作仍然延续的是一二十年前的工作范式,呈现出“条块化”“点状化”“碎片化”“功利化”等明显特点,在新的就业形势下“左支右出”“力不从心”,疲于应付。做好高校毕业生就业工作,不仅需要各级党委政府的高度重视,更需要推动高校的就业工作范式转变,要树立“大就业”的工作理念,在体制机制上推动就业工作“体系化”,建设全员、全程、全方位的高校就业工作体系。At present,the employment of college graduates is facing the severe situation of"being between Scylla and Charybdis"and"being attacked from the front and back".On the one hand,the employment scale of college graduates continues to grow and will continue to grow for several years.On the other hand,changes in the domestic and foreign environment have brought many new difficulties and challenges.But at the same time,the employment work of colleges and universities still continues the work paradigm of one or two decades ago,showing the obvious characteristics such as"fragmentation","pointing","fragmentation"and"utilitarianism".Under the new employment situation,colleges and universities are stumbling and unable to cope with their strength.To do a good job in the employment of college graduates,it is not only necessary for party committees and governments at all levels to attach great importance to it,but also to promote the paradigm change of employment work in colleges and universities,establish the work concept of"mass employment",promote the"systematization"of employment work in the system and mechanism,and build a full-staff,full-process,and all-round employment work system for colleges and universities.
