摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的发展和高校学生人数增加,大学生的就业问题逐渐成为社会的焦点问题。在当下,企业越来越重视毕业生的胜任力素质,尤其是知识、技能、自我概念三方面的胜任力。本研究从胜任力理论模型出发,选取了胜任力理论模型中的知识、技能和自我概念三个维度,以陕西高校就业困难毕业生为例,通过问卷调查法收集了大量数据,深入分析了影响毕业生就业的主要因素,并基于胜任力理论展开了原因分析并提出应对策略。With the development of China's higher education and the increase in the number of students in colleges and universities,the employment problem of college students has gradually become the focus of society.In the present time,enterprises pay more and more attention to the competency of graduates,especially the three aspects of knowledge,skills and self-concept.Starting from the competency theory model,this study selects the three dimensions of knowledge,skills and self-concept in the competency theory model,takes the graduates who have difficulty in employment in Shaanxi universities as an example,collects a large amount of data through the questionnaire survey method,analyzes the main factors affecting the employment of the graduates in-depth,and analyzes the reasons based on the competency theory and proposes the strategies to deal with them.
