摘 要:为提高项目集管理的有效性,提出了一种考虑资源调配灵活度的项目集缓冲监控方法.首先,基于项目集内部和外部不同资源的供应风险和延误风险,确定资源调配弹性风险指标;其次,基于确定的单项目缓冲和项目集缓冲,确定双层缓冲分配方案;最后,在项目集的执行过程中进行缓冲监控,根据缓冲消耗情况对后续缓冲计划进行调整.通过蒙特卡罗模拟实验对案例仿真,与经典的缓冲监控方法对比结果表明,本文方法通过有效的缓冲管理,降低了不确定性影响,提高了项目集工期和成本的综合绩效.To improve the effectiveness of program management,program buffer monitoring method considering resource allocation flexibility was proposed.Firstly,based on the supply risk and delay risk of different resources within and outside the project set,the resource allocation flexibility risk index is determined.Secondly,based on the determined single item buffer and item set buffer,a two-level buffer allocation scheme is determined.Finally,buffer monitoring is performed during the execution of the project set,and subsequent buffer plans are adjusted based on buffer consumption.Through Monte Carlo simulation experiments,a case is simulated.The simulation results show that the proposed method reduces the impact of uncertainty through effective buffer management,and improves the overall performance of project set duration and cost,compared to classic buffer monitoring methods.
