摘 要:随着人才强国战略的全面实施,人才特别是高层次人才竞争日益激烈。在新发展格局下,新疆高校作为优秀人才的聚集地和人才培养的主阵地,面对“变局、困局、危局”,既要抢抓高层次人才工作的重大机遇,创新思路、主动变革;又要结合新疆高校实际,明确高层次人才的界定,制定高层次人才队伍建设总体规划,做好顶层设计,在引育力度、平台驱动、体制机制上创新管理,健全高层次人才队伍建设机制。With the comprehensive implementation of the talent strengthening strategy,the competition for tal-ents,especially high-level talents,is becoming increasingly fierce.Under the new development pattern,as a gath-ering place of outstanding talents and the main position of talent training,Xinjiang colleges and universities should seize the major opportunities of high-level talent work,innovate ideas and take the initiative to change in the face of“changes,difficulties and crises”.It is necessary to seize the major opportunities of high-level talent work,inno-vate ideas and take the initiative to change.In addition,based on the actual situation of colleges and universities in Xinjiang,it is necessary to clarify the definition of high-level talents,formulate the overall plan for the construc-tion of high-level talents,design a reasonable top-level design,innovate management in the introduction and education,platform drive,and system mechanism,and improve the construction mechanism of high-level talents.
