摘 要:目的探究MRI与CT在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病中的诊断应用。方法回顾性分析2019年5月至2021年5月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇九医院收治的98例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿的临床资料,其中轻度62例,中度31例,重度5例。全部患儿在出生后1~10 d均接受MRI及CT影像学检查,比较两种方法诊断新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的脑损伤程度及病变检出率。结果MRI对轻度、中度新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的诊断率均高于CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI与CT对重度新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的诊断率比较差异无统计学意义。MRI对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的检出率高于CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRI及CT应用于新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病中具有较高的诊断价值,但相对而言,MRI在评价脑部疾病程度及病变情况方面效果突出。Objective To explore and analyze the application of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods The clinical data of 98 children with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy admitted to the 909th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the PLA from May 2019 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,among them,62 cases were mild,31 cases were moderate,and 5 cases were severe.All children received MRI and CT imaging examinations from 1-10 d after birth,the brain injury degree and lesion detection rate of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy diagnosed by the two methods were compared.Results The diagnostic rate of MRI for mild and moderate neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy was higher than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the diagnosis rate of severe neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy between MRI and CT.The detection rate of MRI for neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy was higher than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The MRI and CT have high diagnostic value in neonatal ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy,but relatively speaking,MRI is effective in evaluating the degree of brain disease and pathological changes.
