摘　　要：目的探讨父母与子女在腭皱形状、长度及统模式的遗传性,为牙科法医学提供参考。方法选取2021年10月至2022年2月于杭州师范大学附属医院儿童口腔科就诊的40名儿童及其父母为研究对象,共计120名受试者,儿童年龄为8~16岁,家长年龄为30~45岁,采用口内扫描仪采集上颌三维数字模型,每个模型要求腭部腭皱完整。将父母与孩子根据性别分为母女组(F-F组),父子组(M-M组)和父女母子组(FM组),使用3Shape 3D Viewer软件和THOMAS和KOTZE(1983)分类评估腭皱型,分析父母与子女腭皱型的遗传性。结果120名受试者的腭皱形态均不相同,M-M组右侧波浪形皱襞、左侧环形皱襞、右侧主腭皱和左侧汇集型皱襞存在相似特征(P<0.05);F-F组仅左侧主腭皱存在相似特征(P<0.05);F-M组左侧波浪形皱襞、右侧波浪形皱襞、左侧环形皱襞、左侧主腭皱、右侧主腭皱、左侧汇集型皱襞和右侧汇集型皱襞存在相似特征(P<0.05)。结论腭皱具有个性化特征,父母与子女之间存在一定的相似成分,腭皱的形态受到基因遗传的影响。Objective To investigate the heritability of palatal wrinkle shape,length and uniform pattern between parents and children,in order to provide reference for dental forensics.Methods 40 children and their parents who visited the department of Pediatric Dentistry,Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University from October 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects.A total of 120 subjects participated in the study,and the children were all aged 8-16 years old,the parents were all between 30-45 years old.An intraoral scanner was used to collect a threedimensional digital model of the maxilla,each model required a complete palatal fold.Parents and children were divided into the mother-daughter group(F-F group),father-son group(M-M group)and the father-daughter-mother-child group(F-M group)according to gender,the 3Shape 3D Viewer software and THOMAS and KOTZE(1983)classification were used to evaluate the palatal wrinkle type,and the heritability of palatal wrinkle type between parents and children was analyzed.Results The palatal wrinkle shape of the 120 subjects were all different,in the M-M group,the right wavy folds,the left annular folds,the right main palatal folds and the left convergent folds had similar characteristics(P<0.05);F-F group had similar characteristics only in the left main palatal rugae(P<0.05);in the F-M group,there were similar characteristics in the left wavy folds,the right wavy folds,the left annular folds,the left main palatal folds,the right main palatal folds,the left converging folds and the right converging folds(P<0.05).Conclusion The palatal folds have individual characteristics,and there are certain similar components between parents and children,the shape of the palatal folds is influenced by genetic inheritance.
