玻璃酸钠联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗眼角结膜干燥症的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃酸钠与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合治疗眼角结膜干燥症的临床疗效。方法选取2020年7月至2022年1月建瓯市立医院收治的74例眼角结膜干燥症患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法分为观察组(玻璃酸钠联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗)与对照组(单纯玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗),每组37例。比较两组治疗前后眼功能指标、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果用药2周后,两组国际标准眼表疾病指数(OSDI)均低于用药前,泪膜破裂时间(BUT)均长于用药前,且观察组OSDI值低于对照组,BUT长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药2周后,两组角膜荧光素染色评分(FL)、干眼症状评分(DESS)均低于用药前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗眼角结膜干燥症效果显著,能显著改善患者眼功能,延长泪膜破裂时间,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with recombinant bovine alkaline fibroblast growth factor eye drops in the treatment of dry conjunctiva at the corner of the eye.Methods 74 patients with dry conjunctiva at the corners of the eye admitted to Jian'ou Municipal Hospital from July 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with recombinant bovine alkaline fibroblast growth factor eye drops)and the control group(treated with sodium hyaluronate alone eye drops)according to random sampling method,with 37 cases in each group,the eye function indicators,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the ocular surface disease index(OSDI)of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the breakup time(BUT)was longer than before treatment,and the OSDI value in the observation group was lower than control group,BUT longer than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,fluorescent test(FL)and dry eye symton score(DESS)of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence in adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with recombinant bovine alkaline fibroblast growth factor eye drops has significant effect in the treatment of dry conjunctiva at the corner of the eye,can significantly improve the patient's eye function,prolong the tear film rupture time,and has high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
