从"人定胜天"到"人与自然和谐共生"——新中国成立以来人与自然关系理念的演化逻辑

摘　　要：新中国成立初期,党和毛泽东同志提出了认识和处理人与自然关系的"人定胜天"理念,在这一理念指导下,我国形成相应的发展模式.跨入改革开放时期后,我们又先后提出并形成了"重GDP""以人为本"和谐社会""人与自然和谐相处"等发展理念及相应的发展模式.早期发展理念对当时的经济社会发展起到了一定的推动作用,但也带来了一定的危害,甚至造成了某种灾难性的后果.正因为如此,这些理念才被后来的理念依次替代,直至"人与自然和谐共生"这一更加科学合理、吸收了以往发展理念的优点并扬弃了其缺陷的新理念的提出,我们才终结了在人与自然关系方面的许多片面的、错误的认识和做法.对这一过程进行审视和反思,既有利于我们对习近平"人与自然和谐共生"理论及实践产生的历史逻辑进行认识和梳理,又有助于深化对这一理念本身的理解和把握.In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,the Party and Comrade Mao Zedong put forward the idea of understanding and dealing with the relationship between man and nature,man can conquer nature,and formed a corresponding development model.After entering the period of reform and opening up,it has formed such development concepts as"only GDP""people-oriented""harmonious society""harmonious coexistence between man and nature"and corresponding development models to speed up economic development.They played a certain role in promoting the economic and social development at that time,but also brought great harm to dealing with the relationship between man and nature,and even caused some disastrous consequences.Because of this,these ideas were negated and replaced by later ideas.Until the"harmonious coexistence of man and nature",which is more scientific and reasonable,absorbs the advantages of the previous development concept and discards its defects,we have put an end to many wrong and one-si-ded understandings and practices in the relationship between man and nature.To examine and reflect on this process will not only help us to understand and sort out the historical logic of Xi Jinping's theory and practice of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,but also help us to deepen our understanding and grasp of this concept itself.
