摘　　要：气管及支气管内的神经鞘瘤是所有神经源性肿瘤中最罕见的一种,其临床表现缺乏特异性,可以从无症状到严重的呼吸困难,主要取决于病变的部位、大小等。气管及支气管神经鞘瘤治疗主要有外科手术及呼吸介入治疗,但均存在并发症及复发可能。本文通过报道1例支气管神经鞘瘤高龄病例的诊治,对支气管神经鞘瘤疾病进行复习,以期提高该病的诊治能力。Schwannomas in the trachea and bronchus are the rarest of all neurogenic tumors.Their clinical manifestations lack specificity and can range from asymptomatic to severe dyspnea,depending on the location and size of the lesion.The treatment of trachea and bronchial schwannoma mainly includes surgery and respiratory intervention,but there are complications and recurrence.This article reports the diagnosis and treatment of an elderly case of bronchial schwannoma,in order to improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
